All purchases made through Positli are for <strong>digital products</strong> that are generated, delivered, and made accessible electronically. This includes:

- Free diagnosis and assessment results
- Downloadable PDF reports and strategy documents
- Templates, frameworks, and strategic materials delivered digitally
- Future digital workshop recordings or course materials (where applicable)
Because these products are personalized, generated on demand from your submitted information, and immediately accessible upon payment, <strong>all sales are final and non-refundable</strong>. The moment payment is confirmed, our AI begins generating your customized report — consuming computational resources and producing a unique output tailored to your specific business. This product cannot be 'returned' in any traditional sense.
3. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If Exceeding Development LLC introduces subscription-based features or access plans in the future:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing cycle
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing periods
- Access to subscription features typically continues until the end of the paid billing period
- Partial-period refunds are not issued unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase or required by law
4. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgement
Before completing your purchase, you are required to check a box confirming that you understand and agree that this is a digital product and that all sales are final. This acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp and linked to your account. Proceeding through checkout constitutes your explicit agreement to this No Refund Policy.
