We are committed to sending only relevant, valuable communications and respecting your right to opt out.

These emails are necessary to deliver the service and manage your account. They include:

• Assessment completion and report delivery notifications
• Payment receipts and billing confirmations
• Password reset and account security alerts
• Account suspension or termination notices

You cannot opt out of transactional and account emails while your account remains active, as they are required to deliver the service.

We will process your opt-out request within a reasonable time, typically within 10 business days. Even after opting out of marketing emails, you may still receive transactional or account-related messages.

All marketing and transactional emails from Positli are sent from hi@positli.com on behalf of Exceeding Development LLC. Our emails will always clearly identify the sender and include a physical mailing address as required by applicable law. We will never send emails that disguise their true origin or impersonate another organization.

Our email communications are designed to comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (United States). All commercial emails include a clear identification of the sender, a legitimate physical mailing address, a clear subject line, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism. If you believe you have received a communication that does not comply with these requirements, please contact us immediately.

We use third-party email delivery providers (currently Resend) to send transactional and marketing communications. These providers process your email address on our behalf and in accordance with their privacy policies and our data processing agreements. We do not sell your email address to third-party marketers.

We may update this Marketing Communications Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
