Beta Tester & Research Participant Notice

Positli, operated by Exceeding Development LLC, is currently in beta. We are actively developing and improving the platform. From time to time, we may invite users to participate in beta testing programs, research sessions, feedback opportunities, and product improvement initiatives. This notice explains what participation involves and what you can expect.

As a beta participant, you may be invited to:

• Test new features, flows, or platform updates before they are publicly released
• Complete surveys or questionnaires about your experience
• Participate in one-on-one or group research calls or interviews
• Submit written feedback through in-app forms or email
• Review and respond to specific product hypotheses or design concepts
• Share testimonials or case study details about your experience

All beta testing and research participation is entirely voluntary. You may decline any invitation to participate, and you may withdraw from participation at any time without affecting your access to the platform or any purchased products. There is no obligation to provide feedback, and declining participation will not disadvantage you in any way.

Feedback, responses, and insights gathered through beta programs may be used to:

• Improve the platform, its features, AI quality, and user experience
• Refine our messaging, positioning, and onboarding flows
• Inform product development decisions and roadmap priorities
• Validate or challenge design assumptions
• Develop training materials, case studies, or product documentation (with appropriate permissions)

Where we use feedback in aggregated or anonymized form, we will not identify you personally. Where we wish to attribute feedback to you by name, company, or testimonial, we will request your explicit written consent before doing so.

If a research call or interview is recorded, you will be informed in advance and asked to provide your explicit consent before the session begins. You may decline recording and still participate in the session. Recordings are used solely for internal review and product improvement purposes and are not shared publicly without your permission.

If you submit a review, testimonial, or case study that we wish to publish publicly — on our website, in marketing materials, or elsewhere — we will request your written consent before doing so. You may withdraw consent for published testimonials at any time by contacting us, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove the content promptly.

Beta features may be experimental, incomplete, or unstable. You acknowledge that beta features:

• May produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected results
• May be changed, paused, or removed at any time without notice
• Are not covered by any service level guarantee or uptime commitment
• Should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without independent verification

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we work to build a better platform.

Data collected during beta testing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes feedback submissions, session notes, survey responses, and usage data. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

When participating in beta testing or research programs, you may be asked to confirm:

"I agree to share feedback that may be used to improve the platform."

This consent is optional and limited to the specific research activity. It does not authorize commercial use of your identity or testimonials.
