Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Positli, operated by Exceeding Development LLC. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. This AUP should be read alongside our Terms of Use.

You may not use Positli to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in or facilitate fraud, deception, or illegal financial activity
• Distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Engage in discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated bots or tools to extract data from the platform without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code, underlying models, prompts, or methodology of the platform
• Conduct load testing, stress testing, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that interferes with the platform's performance or availability
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the platform
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform (please report them to us instead)

• Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or impersonated information in assessments or support communications
• Upload content that contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
• Upload or share third-party confidential, proprietary, or personal information without proper authorization from the rightful owner
• Use the platform to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or mislead consumers or third parties
• Create assessments or accounts on behalf of other individuals or businesses without their knowledge and consent

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated reports or platform outputs to third parties without written permission from Exceeding Development LLC
• Use the platform or its outputs to build, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Use outputs as the basis for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) without appropriate human review and professional oversight
• Use the platform to generate spam, unsolicited marketing materials, or bulk automated communications

AI-generated content produced by Positli is designed to support your thinking — not to replace professional judgment. You agree to:

• Review all AI-generated content before using it publicly or commercially
• Not present AI outputs as the work of a licensed professional (attorney, accountant, financial advisor, etc.)
• Take full responsibility for all decisions and actions based on platform outputs
• Disclose AI involvement where required by law, platform policy, or professional standards

If you become aware of any use of the platform that violates this policy, please report it to us at hi@positli.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in good faith.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Removal of content that violates this policy
• Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable
• Civil or legal action to recover damages caused by the violation

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what action to take.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
